Take Exit 20B. Immediately bear right to Totem Lake Boulevard. At the first stoplight, cross Totem Lake Boulevard onto 120th Ave NE. Go another few blocks up the hill. At the 130th Lane stoplight, turn left into the parking lot. The office is to your left, near the Evergreen Pharmacy.
Take 124th Street west to Totem Lake Boulevard. Turn right. After crossing the railroad tracks, turn right on 120th Ave. NE. Go a few blocks up the hill. At the 130th Lane stoplight, turn left into the parking lot. The office is to your left, near the Evergreen Pharmacy.
